Many CMS solutions come with hefty license costs. The core Umbraco CMS is a free license. Yes, there are additional (but optional) Umbraco products that have a license fee, but many of these represent great value. Blueprint is also provided with a free license.

Umbraco is arguably the most secure content management systems available today, especially compared to some popular CMS solutions. Umbraco has so many great features. The built-in media library supports text, documents, images and other multimedia. Umbraco is an open-source CMS built on the Microsoft .NET framework, using ASP.NET. If your business already uses Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics, then Umbraco is a natural fit. The use of the Microsoft technology stack is what gives Umbraco the reputation for strong security and excellent performance, ensures the platform is well protected and very reliable.
